Makeup Classes

Talespinners:

• Allowed Makeup Class: One makeup class can be taken at another center during the program.
• Alternative Option: If unable to take the makeup class, it can be adjusted in a Talespinners festival workshop equivalent to the class fee.
• Additional Costs: Any extra cost must be covered by the parent.

Yarntellers and Storyweavers:

• No Makeup Classes: Makeup classes are not allowed due to the program culminating in a presentation/performance.
• Attendence: 90% attendance compulsory to participate in the show. 
  
  Trial Class

• Availability: One paid trial class per program can be taken during the current session.
• Seat Allocation: Seat will be given in the new session.
• Fee Deduction: Trial class fee can be deducted from the new program fee.

Class Cancellations

• Non-refundable Events: One-day workshops, collaborations, and events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Extra Classes: In Storyweavers and Yarntellers, extra classes may be scheduled at no additional cost to the parent.

Refund Policy

Talespinners:

• Partial Refunds: Refund available: full fee minus the cost of the first two classes, provided the child attends at least two classes.
• No Refunds: No refunds after the first two classes.

Yarntellers and Storyweavers:

• Partial Refunds: Refund available: full fee minus the cost of the first three classes, provided the child attends at least three classes.
• No Refunds: No refunds after the first three classes.

General Policy:

• Missed Classes: No refunds for missed classes once the fee is paid.
• Eligibility: Mandatory attendance of specified classes for refund eligibility

Media Consent

• Usage: THEATRE WITH SIMRAN may use photos/images of classes for promotional purposes in print, electronic, and video formats.
